Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, statements, and records for internal and external use.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Participate in financial audits and assist in the preparation of audit schedules.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Generate financial analyses and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to data security policies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks,) and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
