Bethesda Child Support Agency is a nonprofit organisation in Nigeria. Our mission is to mobilise efforts of the government, private sector and other development agencies towards securing educational opportunities for children in poor communities. Our vision is to create an enabling environment for disadvantaged children that empowers them to thrive, grow, and develop to their full potential. Thanks to our generous network of donors, employees and volunteers, we have built 3 tuition-free schools in Lagos and Ogun state and educated over 5000 children.

About the Job
- The Program Manager is responsible for developing funding proposals and coming up with creative initiatives that will ensure a sustainable funding stream for the organization.
- The candidate is also responsible for strategic media/communication, specifically external communication; oversees the coordination and administration of all aspects of the organization’s ongoing/future educational interventions including planning, organizing, and leading program activities.
- He/she reports to the Executive Director.
