Qualifications/Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Registration with the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON) is required.
- Membership of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA) is highly desirable.
- A Master’s Degree in Architecture, Urban Design, Sustainable Design, Housing Development, or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Professional certifications in Project Management, Sustainable Building Design, Smart City Development, Green Building, or related disciplines will be an advantage.
- Minimum of 5–10 years of proven professional experience in architectural design, housing development, estate development, and construction projects.
- Demonstrated experience in the design and supervision of residential estates, housing schemes, mixed-use developments, or large-scale community development projects.
- Strong knowledge of building design, site planning, sustainable architecture, universal accessibility standards, and construction documentation.
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, 3D Max, or similar applications
