Submission Instructions: Quotes should be submitted by email to the contact named above before the specified date and time. Quotes submitted after the deadline may be excluded from the evaluation process.

A. Specification

TF Requirement
LOT 1
- Item: 4WD DOUBLE CABIN PICK-UP (e.g., Toyota Hilux, Nissan Navara, or equivalent)
- Quantity: 1 piece
- Condition: Used, not exceeding 125,000km
- Specifications:
- Manual / Automatic transmission
- 2.8L Diesel Turbo 4 Cylinder or similar
- Diesel preferred
- Year of manufacture not older than 2018
- Accident-free
- Primarily for long journeys on tarmac roads with some travel on poor quality or unsurfaced roads
Tearfund Requirement
- Delivery time required: 30 calendar days after PO signature
- Delivery Terms required: DAP INCOTERMS 2020
- Delivery Destination required: Abuja, Nigeria
- Minimum bid validity period required: 14 calendar days
- An independent inspection and any service history (or other history) by a technical specialist shall be conducted on the vehicle at the evaluation stage.
- If the car is not in the country, it must be accompanied by a package of documents for further registration in the country of destination, including a certificate of conformity.

D. Submission of Quotation / Clarification
Interested individuals or entities are requested to submit their company profile with the quotation and all the required information listed below.
Required Details:
- Product offered (name, make, and model with full specification)
- Warranty period, if applicable
- Year of manufacture
- Vehicle chassis number
- Country of origin
- Kilometres covered
- Colour
- Attach evidence of experience in supplying a similar vehicle
- Attach pictures of the vehicle, if available
- The quotation must be in Naira (NGN) and signed by an authorised representative of the bidding company or individual.

All documents required by this RFQ must be received in the dedicated email [email protected] NOT LATER THAN 2:00 PM (Nigeria Time) on Wednesday, July 10th, 2024.
Tearfund reserves the right to vary any part of this RFQ at the time of the award if it becomes necessary. Tearfund is Value Added Tax (VAT) exempted but charges Withholding Tax (WTH) in compliance with relevant Nigerian Tax Laws.
Clarifications:
Tearfund designee will answer any questions up to 5:00 PM on Friday, 5th July 2024, in relation to this RFQ. Hence, any request for clarification should be addressed to the Logistics Manager via [email protected].
