Hope 360 Initiative for Peace invites qualified and reputable travel agencies and airline ticketing vendors to submit competitive quotations for the provision of air ticket services for one (1) passenger travelling from Maiduguri to Lagos, Nigeria.

- QUOTATION REQUIREMENTS
Interested vendors are requested to provide a quotation containing the following information:
- Name of airline and available flight option(s).
- Total ticket cost, including all applicable taxes, fees, and charges.
- Departure and arrival times.
- Baggage allowance.
- Ticket validity and conditions.
- Ticket change, cancellation, and refund policies.
- Any applicable service or booking charges.
- Vendor/company profile and relevant experience.
- Quotation validity period.
- PAYMENT / REIMBURSEMENT TERMS
Payment or reimbursement to the selected vendor will be processed within thirty (30) days upon submission and verification of the required supporting documents, including the valid invoice, ticket, and other relevant documentation as required by HOPE360.
- EVALUATION CRITERIA
Quotations will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Competitiveness of the quoted price.
- Availability and suitability of the proposed flight schedule.
- Reliability and reputation of the vendor.
- Compliance with the requirements of this RFQ.
- Ticket flexibility and applicable terms and conditions.
