We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Senior Programme Officer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships
- Recruit and manage association’s membership
- Develop project proposals and secure funding
- Oversee budgets implementation and grant monitoring
- Ensure programme performance and impact
- Identify commercial opportunities and manage inherent risks
- Collaborate with development agencies and other organizations
- Represent YMCA at events and NGOs networks program
- Supervise Programme Officers
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Administration, Development, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- 5+ years of experience, including 3 in a similar role
- Aged 30-45 years
Skills and Attributes:
- Event planning and organization
- Excellent communication and IT skills
- Knowledge of social development issues
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Strong conceptual and leadership skills
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- Proficiency in English and local language
