1. Background

RedAid Nigeria (RAN), a non-governmental organization, delivers medical, social, and logistical support to individuals affected by leprosy, tuberculosis, neglected tropical diseases (NTDs), and poverty-related illnesses. To meet its operational and programmatic needs, RAN is seeking to procure one (1) brand new 2022 Model SUV (Toyota Fortuner, Toyota Highlander, or Mikano CS95 Plus Royale).

2. Objective

This RFQ invites quotations from qualified automobile dealers or vendors for the supply and delivery of one (1) brand new 2022 Model SUV (Toyota Fortuner, Toyota Highlander, or Mikano CS95 Plus Royale) to support RAN’s mission.

• Color: Preferred: Black or White
• Mileage: 0.00
• Documentation: Custom duties fully paid and cleared; valid Nigerian documents (TIN, VIN, etc.)
• Warranty: Minimum 1-year mechanical warranty preferred
• Accessories: Extra tire, jack, fire extinguisher, triangle, and toolkit
• Inspection: Subject to technical inspection and test drive by RAN before delivery and final acceptance

4. Quotation Requirements

Vendors must submit a quotation including:

• Company profile with physical address and contact person
• Quotation valid for at least 30 days
• Total cost inclusive of delivery to RAN’s Enugu office
• Clear photos of the proposed vehicle (front, side, rear, dashboard, odometer, engine bay)
• Chassis/VIN for background checks
• Copy of customs clearance certificate
• Delivery timeline (not exceeding 14 working days from LPO award)
• Payment terms
• Warranty details

5. Evaluation Criteria

Quotations will be assessed based on:

• Compliance with vehicle specifications
• Price competitiveness
• Vehicle condition and mileage
• Delivery time

• Vendor’s credibility and references
