Bread of Life Development Foundation is a Lagos-based non-government faith-based organization promoting programmes, policies, and projects for the delivery of safe and inclusive water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) services to marginalized and blighted communities.
Bread of Life is implementing ‘WoleWoles in Action Against Cholera (WAC) project’ designed to combat the spread of cholera in Agege LGA, Lagos State under the Lagos Urban Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (LUWASH) Activity
LUWASH is financed by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and implemented by SAII Associates Ltd/GTE (an Associated Company of SAII Associate International Inc). The implementation period is November 1, 2024, and October 31, 2025.
This EOI is for upgrade of existing 17 public toilets in Agege LGA through minor repairs of the water supply and sanitation systems to improve the functionality of the facilities. Additionally, it involves the supply of hygiene kits to the facilities.
No construction or structural works is involved.
Bread of Life invites Expression of Interest from firms interested in carrying out the assignment. A Request for Quotations (RFQ) will subsequently be issued to shortlisted firms.

Conflict of Interest: You should not participate and submit an EOI for this procurement if you have a Conflict of Interest (COI) with Bread of Life Development Foundation or its employees. A personal conflict of interest is a situation in which a contractor or his/her agent has a financial interest, personal activity, or relationship with Bread of Life Development Foundation or its employee that could impair the employee’s ability to act impartially when performing under the award.
Business conduct: Bread of Life Development Foundation officers and employees may not ask, solicit nor accept gratuities, favors, or anything of monetary value from prospective contractors. In the same vein, prospective contractors’ applicants are prohibited from offering, any money, fee, commission, credit, gift, gratuity, thing of value, or compensation to obtain or reward improper favorable treatment regarding this solicitation.
