Key Responsibilities
- Monitor live CCTV feeds to detect suspicious behavior, unauthorized access, or security breaches.
- Maintain CCTV systems, ensure cameras are functioning properly, and report any faults.
- Retrieve and review footage for investigations or incident reporting.
- Log all activities, observations, and incidents in the control room record.
- Coordinate with security officers, supervisors, and emergency services when necessary.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and unusual activities.
- Ensure the control room is secure and operate according to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of all surveillance footage and information.
- Support investigations by providing accurate and timely footage.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a CCTV Operator or in security operations is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to remain alert for long periods.
- Basic knowledge of surveillance systems (CCTV, access control, alarms).
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Integrity, professionalism, and respect for confidentiality.
- Must be willing to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
