Job Description
- We’re looking for a Programme Lead to help turn Ruebits’ ideas into well-planned, meaningful experiences for children and communities.
- You’ll be the one holding the bigger picture together — making sure that great ideas don’t just stay ideas, but actually reach the children and families they’re meant for.
Responsibilities
You’ll support:
- Planning and coordinating programmes and initiatives
- Creating timelines, task plans, and programme structures
- Working with volunteers, facilitators, creatives, and partners
- Coordinating programme activities and logistics
- Tracking progress and ensuring things stay on course
- Supporting programme evaluation and reporting
- Identifying challenges and helping the team find solutions
- Perfect for you if: you’re organised, proactive, a good communicator, love bringing people and ideas together, and can take ownership of seeing a project through.
