Role Overview
As the Programs and Partnerships Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of ADORÉ’s mission, shaping and implementing programs, fostering strategic partnerships, and expanding our outreach to ensure alignment with our vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Programs Development & Management: Design, implement, and evaluate impactful initiatives, such as nutritional support, healthcare assistance, scholarships, and mentoring workshops.
- Strategic Partnerships: Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders, including orphanages, schools, healthcare providers, and government agencies.
- Outreach & Engagement: Coordinate outreach activities, engage volunteers and donors, and oversee the creation of promotional materials.
- Monitoring & Evaluation: Track program outcomes, prepare progress reports, and improve delivery based on feedback.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to policies and regulations while maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor\’s degree in Social Work, Nonprofit Management, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in program development and partnership management.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- A passion for child welfare and alignment with ADORÉ’s mission.
