Project Assistant at Centre for Social Cohesion, Peace and Empowerment (CENSCOPE)

The Centre for Social Cohesion, Peace and Empowerment (CENSCOPE) is a non-profit organization that focuses on promoting the ideals of self-sustainability, equality and social justice to the members of the society, it was founded in the year 2014 out of the need to give succor and support to the victim of arm conflict and natural disasters in Nigeria.

Location: Borno

Role Purpose

  • To provide programme and administrative support that keeps field operations, documentation and logistics running smoothly throughout implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide logistical and administrative support to field missions and trainings.
  • Maintain activity records, attendance sheets, consent forms and documentation.
  • Support community scheduling and follow-up with participants and monitors.
  • Assist with data entry and the safe handling and storage of participant information.

Qualification & Specification
Essential:

  • Diploma or Degree in a relevant field, with strong organization and record-keeping skills.
  • 1–2 years’ NGO administrative or field-support experience.
  • Based in, or able to work across, the target LGAs; Hausa and/or Kanuri preferred.

Desirable:

  • Computer literacy (MS Office); attention to detail and confidentiality.
