Founded in 2011, YEDI is a not-for-profit organization that has benefitted over 200,000 young people in schools and community sites in Lagos, Abuja, Akwa-Ibom, and Ogun, with evidence-based programs designed to build young people’s assets, facilitate their access to health services, and promote their adherence to healthy behaviours.

What You’ll Do:
- Design and implement M&E frameworks, tools, and methodologies
- Lead data collection through surveys, interviews, and field visits
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to assess program performance
- Create dashboards and reports to communicate findings
- Train teams and partners on M&E best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align evaluation efforts
- Support learning, adaptation, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, development, statistics, or related field
- Proven experience in M&E, preferably in nonprofit or development sectors
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to transparency, ethics, and learning
