Job Title: Logistics Assistant (Volunteer)
Location: Maiduguri, Borno
Role Purpose
- The Logistics Assistant will support procurement, transportation, and asset management processes to ensure efficient operations and program delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in procurement planning and vendor management.
- Track and record inventory, office supplies, and project materials.
- Arrange logistics for staff travel, trainings, and community events.
- Maintain records of goods received and distributed.
- Support compliance with LiFon’s procurement and asset policies.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of OND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of logistics and procurement procedures.
- Good interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Experience in NGO or humanitarian logistics is an added advantage.
