The Justice Development Peace and Health is a program of the Catholic Ecclesiastical Province of Jos. The program was set up to Coordinate, develop appropriate structures, offer required services, and improve the system of social development already existing in the Dioceses since 1970.

JDPH is searching for an organized and detailed Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning) Assistant to work under the MEAL Officer in Fune and Fika LGAs of Yobe state.
Responsibilities
- Contributing to the development of M&E tools (data gathering, analysis of activities, results tracking against indicators) that suits the project’s background and requirements;
- Supporting the M&E Officer in the preparation of M&E performance briefs for the JDPH Programme
- Updating the status of the projects’ implementation in accordance to the centers’ M&E performance plans on a regular basis;
- Contributing in M&E and learning events from time to time as required e.g. facilitation of M&E workshops as assigned by the M&E Officer.
- Following-up on various M&E tasks in order to meet all requirements as efficiently as possible;
- Following-up with the M&E officers on data reports and uploading in a timely manner;
- Assisting in data analysis and reporting;
- Archiving all M&E work both hard copy and electronically
- Performing other tasks as required by the M&E Officer
Requirements
- First degree (B.Sc / HND) in relevant studies
- Must have completed NYSC
- Minimum of a year relevant work experience
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Listening skills
- Problem analysis and problem solving
- Proficient in relevant computer applications
- Ability to work in a team with flexibility to undertake challenging task and adapt to different working conditions.
- Good spoken, reading and writing skills in English with the ability to produce quality report
