The Integrated Women and Youth Empowerment Centre (IWAYEC) is a non-governmental, nonprofit, non-religious, and non-political organization dedicated to the holistic empowerment of women, youths, orphans, and vulnerable children. Our mission is to create sustainable impact through programs that uplift the lives of our target groups. We focus on building capacity, providing trauma healing, and offering rehabilitation and training in diverse skills, enabling our beneficiaries to actively contribute to national development programs. We are excited to announce volunteer opportunities for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team. We are currently seeking volunteers for the following position:
Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer (Volunteer)
Role:
Oversee the monitoring and evaluation of IWAYEC’s programs to ensure their effectiveness and impact.
Responsibilities:
Develop M&E frameworks and tools.
Collect, analyze, and report on program data.
Provide insights and recommendations for program improvement.
Qualifications:
- Background in statistics, social sciences, or related fields.
- Experience in M&E and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
