We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team.

Position: Human Resource Manager (HRM)

Location: Abuja, Kano, Jigawa, Sokoto

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.

– Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.

– Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork, innovation, and professional development.

– Ensure compliance with local labor laws, as well as regulations related to international non-governmental organizations (INGOs), EU, and USAID projects.

– Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and grievance resolution.

– Collaborate with project teams to ensure HR support for successful project implementation.

Qualifications:

– Advanced degree in Social Sciences /  Management Science

– Proven experience as an HR Manager in an International Non-Governmental Organization (INGO) setting.

– Familiarity with EU and USAID project management requirements.

– Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.

– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

– Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.

Compensation:

– Carifika Band 7

– Salary range: N850,000 – 950,000
