Women Reform Organization is a Pan-African, Humanitarian Organization with the social corporate responsibility of creating awareness, enlightenment, and regenerating the giant strides inherent in African Women, through campaigns, empowerment programmes, and advocacy for qualitative education, vocational training & mentorship. Job Title: Grant, Fundraising and Donors Manager
Location: Lagos
Role Description
- This is a contract hybrid role as a Grant, Fundraising, and Donors Manager at Women Reform Organization.
- The role involves managing major donors, marketing & communication for fundraising, grant research and application, fundraising strategy and campaign, donor relationship, partnership development, data management and reporting, philanthropy, charities, and annual giving initiatives.
- This role is based in Lagos with flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Major Donors and Annual Giving skills
- Communication and Philanthropy expertise
- Experience in working with charities and nonprofit organizations
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Knowledge of fundraising strategies and donor relations.
