Mission :

Under the supervision of the Operational HR Delegate Director and the SAME Technical Referent, you will be responsible for ensuring that the implementation of the program is aligned with the design of the graduation approach while directing the integration of the social dimensions of food security and community resilience in all project activities.
More specifically, your role will be to:
Direct the gradual approach to Activity, ensuring that the project remains faithful to the stated design and objectives while sequencing and superimposing the interventions in an appropriate manner.
Ensure that the social dimensions of food security and resilience are integrated into all project activities.
Lead the integration of the principles of social inclusion, including gender, age and disability, into the targeting of beneficiaries and the design of all activities.
Ensure that all components of the graduation approach work together to create multiplier effects between and within components.
Ensure that the overall quality of technical implementation remains consistent and of high quality among all sub-beneficiaries and locations of implementation in the context of attribution.
Support joint planning with USAID/BHA, other USAID programmes in Madagascar, relevant donor activities, host government initiatives and private sector actors.
You will report to the Team Leader and work in collaboration with the· Monitoring and Evaluation Manager, the· Advisor is a strategic learning advisor and the· Technical Advisor is a resilience and livelihood advisor for the collection, analysis and use of information to inform the design and implementation of the programme.

Profile :

You hold a Master’s degree with 5 years of experience in the design and implementation of the graduation approach.
You have experience working under a large grant from USAID, ideally with previous experience in the field of RFSA.
You have an in-depth understanding of local social protection systems and adaptive and productive safety nets, as well as how gender, social security, social security, age and other relevant socio-cultural factors may play a role in targeting participants in the Malagasy context.
You are able to direct the collection, analysis and use of information from a wide range of sources in collaboration with the·A Responsible for monitoring and evaluation, the· Adviser in strategic learning and the·the Technical Adviser in resilience and livelihoods.
You have an excellent command of French and English, both orally and in writing.

Employment conditions
Fixed-term contract of 24 months with the possibility of extending the contract according to French law or Malagasy law. (Funding pending).
Compensation and competitive advantages according to status and experience (pending the US package).

For an international candidate:
Fixed-term contract of use under French law: 24 months
Gross monthly salary: from 2130 to 2475 euros depending on experience
Per diem and monthly living expenses: 536euros net, paid on the ground
Monthly context allowance: 150euros
Child allowance: 1500euros per year per child present in the country of origin (6000euros/year ceiling)
Transport and housing : Travel management and collective housing
Medical coverage : 100% of the coverage of health contributions (CFE + complementary health) and repatriation insurance
Leave and RnR : 25 days per year of CP and 20 RnR per year; support of the ticket with ceiling to go to the chosen break area, and 215euros of lump sum compensation by RnR
