- The Lateef Jakande Leadership Academy is seeking a responsible, experienced, and professional Driver to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong driving skills, discipline, and a high level of integrity while supporting official transportation needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport staff, guests, and officials to assigned destinations
- Ensure punctuality and adherence to scheduled movements
- Maintain cleanliness and good condition of assigned vehicle(s)
- Conduct routine vehicle checks and promptly report faults or maintenance needs
- Observe all traffic laws and safety regulations at all times
- Be available to work weekends, public holidays, and extended hours when required
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all assignments
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- At least 3–5 years of professional driving experience (corporate or government setting preferred)
- Should be able to drive a 30-seater bus and a private car
- Good knowledge of Lagos road networks and traffic regulations
- Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and reliability
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Additional Requirements:
- Must be physically fit and of sound health
- Must be willing to resume immediately if selected
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance is an added advantage
