About the Job

  • Supervise and evaluate healthcare facility staff;
  • Motivate and lead a high-performance management team.
  • Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention.
  • Provide mentoring as a cornerstone to the management career development program.
  • To protect patients, and ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the healthcare facility.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the facility,
  • Responsible for driving the Hospital to achieve and surpass profitability, cash flow, and business goals and objectives.
  • Creates timely, accurate, and complete reports that convey the operating condition of the Hospital
  • To ensure patient satisfaction, he/she must cultivate an efficient, professional, and safe environment
  • Ensure quality of care, patient safety and patient satisfaction
  • Facilitate replacement or repair of failing and outdated equipment and maintain adequate amounts of healthcare supplies.
  • Collects significant data and use the data to improve patient care.
  • Create an efficient work environment by fostering strong communication across medical staff and non-medical staff.
  • Ability to make decisions to resolve problems quickly.
  • Develop, Enforce policies, formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output.
  • Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.
