Job Title: Operations Officer

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with program managers to ensure timely delivery of services and resources to participants.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a non-profit or youth development organization.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
