Albarka Health Spring Foundation (AHSF) is a non-profit and a non-governmental organization founded in 2012 by a group of young researchers, it was incorporated by Corporate Affair Commission (CAC/IT/91613) in 2016.
AHSF aims to advance community health care through, research, advocacy, health promotion and education, community development, capacity building, program evaluation; Impact evaluations needs assessment, baselines/midlines/end lines surveys, systems strengthening and service delivery especially for the vulnerable and marginalized population in Nigeria and beyond.
We shall be needing services in the following areas (Sokoto State):
- Car hire services
- Pharmaceuticals
- Supply contract for Office Equipment, Stationaries, Electronics, computer and gadgets
- Repairs/Maintenance services, Food items, Non-food Items
- Accommodation/Hall Rental services
- Printing services
- Electrical, plumbing and painting services
- General services and supply
- Service and supply contract for internet data and communication on various network provider
Please note that the above list is not exhaustive. Rather, it represents those goods and services which we are likely to require.
Mandatory Documents
The documents outlined below are mandatory to be eligible to participate:
- Certificate of incorporation/Registration
- Valid Tax/VAT Certificate etc.
- Company profile (including list of key personnel, qualification, and experience, locations (main office, branches and/or outlets.
Please, note that all interested parties that meet the above criteria, are to submit along with current price(s) of their goods and services on their company letter head using the following format:

- Ask for clarifications from the potential supplier(s) on any matter for which AHSF requires clarification, and
- Reject company profiles which do not adhere to the above

Method of application
Kindly send your expression of interest (EOI) to [email protected] and also submit hard copy of your Expression of interest (EOI) to our Finance and Admin department at AHSF Maiduguri office:
No 3, Gwiwa Eka Road, Sokoto, Sokoto State. Submission hour is between 10 am and 1pm (Monday – Friday)
All successful vendors will be contacted via mail after the screening exercise.
Application Closing Date: 03rd October 2022. Any application later than the closing date will not be considered.
