Creative Youths Initiative (Crea8 Africa) is a youth-focused social impact organisation committed to empowering young people through creativity, innovation, technology, entrepreneurship and inclusive development. We design and support initiatives that help young people build practical skills, access opportunities, develop sustainable livelihoods and contribute meaningfully to their communities.
Our work spans youth development, digital and technology skills, entrepreneurship, creative industries, inclusion, advocacy, training and community development. Job Title: Business & Sustainability Officer (Volunteer)

About the Role
- Crea8 Africa is seeking a strategic and commercially minded Business & Sustainability Officer to support organisational growth, partnerships, fundraising and the development of sustainable income opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Research funding, grant and partnership opportunities.
- Support development of proposals, concept notes and funding applications.
- Identify potential corporate, institutional and strategic partners.
- Support partnership outreach and relationship management.
- Research opportunities for sustainable income generation and organisational growth.
- Assist with business planning, market research and sustainability strategies.
- Track funding and partnership opportunities and maintain relevant databases.
- Support the development of presentations, reports and business documents.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong research, writing and analytical skills.
- Interest in business development, fundraising, partnerships or social enterprise.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of organisational sustainability.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, resourceful and comfortable working independently.
- Interest in youth development, innovation and social impact.
