We seek qualified candidates to fill the listed position. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONBILITIES

• Assist the Programs team with ensuring compliance with national guidelines for basic Minimum Prevention Package Intervention (MPPI) in the community.
• Assist with the design and implementation of approaches in comprehensive HIV prevention, care and treatment for Key Population.
• Assist with documenting and reporting GBV and human rights violations in the LGA.
• Assist the Programs team with the preparation of periodic project work plans and
• Support field implementation and ensuring demand creation and access to services of community members at the OSS. Special attention to demand creation activities at the communities and maintaining zero LTFU
• Support the clinical staff on ensuring tracking and retention of clients at the LGA and ensure clients access services at the SS
• Coordinate community level saturation activities in the LGAs of focus.
• Supervise and coordinate the outreach coordinators and CFs to ensure maximum reach in the community.
• Coordinates with the FSPs to ensure prompt enrolment and refill of clients in the LGAs
• Coordinate mapping of new communities and zones in the LGAs for effective demand creation activities
• Continuously liase with LACA to ensure support of KPCARE 1 program at he LGA
• Support daily collation of data for daily reporting on KISS and other platforms
• Support SI team to ensure availability of all source documents for the local government of coverage

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in related field
• At least 2 years’ post NYSC experience in developing country health care programs or program support function.
• Demonstrated experience in non-profit sector in a program management role
• Experience in HIV/AIDS program implementation
• Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills including the ability to foresee problems and initiate appropriate action
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and make reasoned judgments in a timely fashion. Committing to a course of action without undue delay or prevarication
• Experience of dealing with difficult and sensitive situations in a diplomatic and professional manner.
• Demonstrated commitment to gender responsive programming.
• Willingness to travel within Nigeria.
