Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with internal control, financial reporting, and donor guidelines.
- Process payments, manage project accounts, and oversee monthly retirements.
- Maintain accurate and well-organized financial records and ledgers.
- Prepare timely financial reports for submission to NEPWHAN.
- Support audit processes and maintain document compliance.
- Collaborate with project staff to ensure prudent fund usage and documentation.
Requirements:
- HND or Bachelor\’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience in NGO/CBO financial management.
- Minimum 2 years working on Global Fund or PEPFAR-funded projects.
- Knowledge of donor financial reporting standards and budget management.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High integrity and strong interpersonal communication.
