BACKGROUND
FLEEMU STATE MARKET EXPANSION PROGRAM — PHASE I
Fleemu.com is a new and open real estate platform that is focused on helping Nigerians find very affordable and budget friendly properties – houses, shops, lands, and more to rent while accepting properties for sales too. Fleemu was first piloted in Kaduna on 9th August, 2026 with zero property inventory. With little advertising, inventories were supplied by landlords, property owners and real estate agents (REAs) who believed the vision. This pushed up inventories from 0 to 250 as at early September. Within a one-month period, traffic data on fleemu.com shows that 10,000 visitors have visited the site from over Nigeria and beyond. Moreso, 2 houses have been rented, 1 inspection scheduled, 13 enquiries made through the platform, with 600+ unique visitors daily. All these from the few inventories supplied from Kaduna REAs, property owners and landlords alone.
Additionally, data on fleemu.com shows that demand from visitors is more on property renting, hence our intention to expand and cover other states in the federation immediately. We believe that other states, metropolitan cities, urban and rural areas have properties to rent out which may be scattered in online messaging groups and pages among property owners, REAs in these online groups and pages.
Fleemu.com is seeking to recruit 10 energetic, goal oriented, visionary, honest and truthful ambassadors per state to cover the above listed states in the country.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- This is a remote job, no physical presence in Fleemu office is needed.
- Personally list 10 or more genuine and available properties (houses, shops, self-cons, flats, lands and more) for rent in your location, on fleemu. Accepted rent price range for listed properties must be between #50,000 – #15,000,000 (fifty thousand naira to Fifteen million naira per year).
- Introduce Fleemu to not less than 50 REAs who have genuine and available properties that can be listed on fleemu.com for rent.
- Share personal fleemu.com link to these interested REAs for use in registration and listing validation.
- Encourage the identified and willing REAs, landlords, POs or reps and managers to list their available properties (at least 5 or more, not les than) for rent on fleemu, or send them to fleemu admin staff to assist in listing these properties for them, attaching their phone numbers, email addresses and full name.
- Ensure that not less than 40 identified and interested REAs, property owners, property managers, property reps list not less than 10 genuine, verifiable and available properties for rent with clear pictures or videos, or both.
- Properties for sale are accepted, but what counts in this remote work are properties listed for renting.
Qualifications:
- Must have more than 3yrs experience in real estate business and in helping people find properties to rent or sale.
- Must be based in the state of choice of location for the remote work.
- Must be tech savvy, ability to traverse websites, good use of smartphones or laptops etc.
- Must have a personal smartphone or laptop.
- Must have good communication skills, with ability to convince others into having same vision.
- Must familiarize himself/herself with fleemu.com’s vision on fleemu.com/vision page and align with and believe in it.
