Warehouse Senior Officer-in-Charge at Care First Community Initiative (CFCI)

Care First Community Initiative (CFCI) is a Nigerian NGO advancing human rights, social welfare, and livelihoods for vulnerable groups through Food Security, Research, Livelihoods, Education, Shelter/CCCM/NFI, Warehousing & Logistics, Nutrition, Health, Protection/Access to Justice, Advocacy/Information, and WASH.

Location: Dikwa
Reports to: Warehouse Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations
  • Maintain accurate stock records and conduct physical stock counts
  • Ensure compliance with organizational SOPs and donor regulations
  • Supervise warehouse officers, storekeepers, and assistants
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor\’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • 3–5 years\’ experience in warehouse management or logistics
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • High attention to detail and integrity
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and warehouse management tools

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL POSITIONS

  • Fluency in English required; knowledge of local languages is an advantage
  • Commitment to uphold organizational code of conduct, safeguarding policies, and ethical standards
  • Ability to work in field-based and humanitarian contexts
