About the Role

• We are seeking a creatively detailed videographer to produce high-quality video content that tells compelling stories and strengthens our brand. The ideal candidate is skilled in filming, editing, planning productions, and transforming ideas into engaging visual narratives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, events, interviews, documentaries, and promotional content.
• Develop creative concepts, shot lists, and production plans.
• Write or refine scripts and storyboards for video productions.
• Capture high-quality audio and ensure proper lighting and composition.
• Edit videos with motion graphics, color correction, sound design, subtitles, and transitions.
• Manage video equipment and media assets.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency.
• Cover events and deliver content within deadlines.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend creative improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a videographer or video content creator.
• Proficiency in either Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
• Strong camera operation, lighting, and audio recording skills.
• Excellent video editing and post-production abilities.
• Scriptwriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft engaging narratives for different audiences.
• Creative thinking and strong visual composition.
• Knowledge of social media video formats and optimization.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Film, Media, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Drone operation experience (where licensed).
• Photography and motion graphics experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating a range of professional work.
