Introduction
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Nigeria invites you to submit a Bid to the Invitation to Bid (ITB) UNDP-NGA-00736: Lot 1 Procurement of Textile Equipment for UNIPOD Projects in five universities in Nigeria:

Instructions for Bidding
This tender is managed via the new supplier portal system of UNDP Quantum. To submit a bid for this tender, you must subscribe by following the instructions in the user guide.
- New Suppliers: If you have not registered a profile with this system, you can do so by following the link for Supplier Registration.
- Existing Suppliers: If you already have a supplier profile, please log in to the Supplier Portal and search for the negotiation using the reference number UNDP-NGA-00736, following the instructions in the user guide.
Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments to the tender requirements.

- New Users: Register a profile using the registration link shared via the procurement notice and following the instructions in guides available on the UNDP website: Resources for Bidders.
- Existing Users: Do not create a new profile if you already have one. Use the forgotten password feature if you do not remember the password or the username from previous registration.
Additional Information
- Bidders must send their inquiries and requests for clarifications related to Terms of Reference / Specification / Other bidding documents using the messaging functionality in the Quantum portal.
- Documents should be submitted in the English language.

The Pre-Bidding Conference with interested bidders will be held on Thursday, August 1, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. (Nigerian time) via Zoom.
