Focus on the Communication Service

The Communication Service is made up of 9 people. The mission of its members is to define and implement the Communication strategy in line with the communication challenges of the association.

And the Editorial Communication Intern in all of this?

As a Collection Intern, under the supervision of the Collection Officer and in close collaboration with the members of the Development and Innovation Department, from the Operations Department and the various teams on mission in the field, you will implement the general public collection strategy of the First International Emergency and ensure its follow-up.

Under the supervision of the/of the Collector and in collaboration with the’ department, you will participate in the implementation of solutions for collecting donations from the general public, including, you will prepare the communications for donors and you will participate in the writing of the letters’call for donations. In addition, you will participate in the preparation of monthly collection reports while also ensuring a qualitative and quantitative analysis of the existing donor base. Finally, to improve our tools you will ensure a regular monitoring of the practices and innovations of other French and international associations and NGOs.

What you will need to get this internship

  • A Convention issued by your training organization !You must be attached to a training center approved by the State and justify the pursuit of a higher diploma, level Bac+4 or bac+5, in curriculum, Communication, d’Ecole de Commerce ou d’Economie et Sciences Sociales.
  • ExperienceAn experience in an associative environment will be valued. Have you worked with First International Emergency ? It will be an undeniable asset !
  • SkillsYou have a proven interest in the field of’aide humanitarianique and’aide for development and you have a particular appetite for fundraising.
  • Qualities requiredYou are dynamic, autonomous in your work and versatile.e. You show a good relationship as well as real editorial skills, both in French and’ in English.
  • LanguagesFrench and English have no secrets for you ? So much the better, these are two essential languages for this internship !

« Equipped(e) with solid knowledge in fundraising and’an excellent oral and written expression, you know the techniques of direct marketing online and offline. A first experience in fundraising will be valued. Surrounded(e) by’an experienced and dynamic communication and webmarketing team, you must be ready(e) to meet the challenge of this position with many things to set up. You will have to be proactive to address new collection vectors. »

PUI will propose

  • Gratification: 4.6€/hour
  • Support: Support up to 50% of the ticket and up to 60% of the Restaurant Tickets (with a face value of 9€)
  • Rest: 1 RTT per month (37h/week)
  • Memory writing days and/or internship report, if applicable
  • A flexible teleworking policy, based on three modalities.
