Assignment :
You will manage and develop a portfolio of partners with the aim of developing Action Against Hunger France’s private resources.
In this context, your missions will be to:
Ensure the development of partnership activities in line with the strategy of the Pole and the Delegated ManagementParticipate in the definition of the Pole’s strategy
Manage its portfolio of existing partners: identify new actions and projects with a view to retaining and developing resources
Prospect for new partners in line with the strategy and defined objectives, and with the ambition of developing international partnerships
Appropriately propose all partnership offers set up within the Delegated Partnerships Management to the organizations in its portfolio
Monitor its activity: analyze and monitor indicators within its scope, alert when necessary, ensure budgetary monitoring within the given framework and validate expenses according to the delegations of signatures, ensure the capitalization of the partnership projects entrusted
Monitor needs (internal) and sectoral (external), identify development opportunities in line with market issues, strategy and the SD Pole
Participate in the operation of the PoleParticipate in the administrative management of the Pole’s activities: ensure the recording of donations, the monitoring of invoices, drafting and monitoring of agreements in conjunction with the legal department, updating the information of its partners and prospects in the database, etc.
Contribute to the updating of all the Pole’s management and monitoring tools
Manager and supervise the activities of an intern and/or trainee (Co-management ensured with another Account Manager within the Business Pole)Recruit the employee in conjunction with the recruitment department Train them
by ensuring their initial training and providing them with the information necessary for the smooth running of their mission
Manage the planning, organization and distribution of working time
Organize and manage individual points on a regular and exceptional basis
Ensure compliance with current procedures
Profile:
You hold a Master’s degree in Marketing and Communication (Political Science, Business School) and you have at least 3 years of professional experience in partnership and account management in relation to clients and/or partners, including loyalty and prospecting with private companies, in international contexts.
Ideally, you are familiar with the fields of patronage, CSR, banking and solidarity finance.
You are particularly skilled in analyzing and producing summary documents as well as in implementing marketing and communication means, methods and techniques.
Organized, reactive and proactive, you have already successfully managed projects, service providers/partners and identified, developed, maintained and mobilized a professional network. You are able to monitor a budget, negotiate and represent ACF.
You are able to manage a team, manage priorities, organize capitalization and disseminate it.
You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Conditions of employment
Status: Integrated Executive – Permanent contract – Full time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration: From 37K to 44K euros gross per year over 13 months depending on experience
Seniority bonus from 3 years of presence at headquarters (For permanent positions)
Benefits: 25 days per year of paid leave and 21 days of RTT
