Job Title: Senior Technical Advisor – Strategic Information

Job description
What you will do in this role
- Provide technical leadership for the project’s strategic information (SI) functions, including data management, analytics, and data quality.
- Oversee the design and maintenance of program data systems in the state.
- Supervise Senior Technical Advisors and Officers responsible for SI functions.
- Ensure SI systems support timely and accurate donor reporting.
- Lead the use of data for strategic decision-making and program improvement.
- Deliver against the approved GHSD milestone plan and quarterly performance targets, integrating services across the HIV, TB, malaria, and MNCH platform and progressively transferring functions to Government of Nigeria ownership.
- Represent the project’s SI function in donor and government technical engagements.
Minimum recruitment standard
Qualifications and experience we look for
- A first degree in Statistics, Epidemiology, Public Health, Computer Science, or a related field; a master’s degree is required.
- At least ten (10) years of experience in strategic information or M&E on health programs, with a minimum of five (5) years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of PEPFAR data systems and reporting requirements.
- Strong analytical and supervisory skills.
