Job Title: Senior Program Director
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Program Director at HelpMum Africa in Ibadan.
- The Senior Program Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of program management, including developing and implementing program strategies, managing program budgets, building partnerships with stakeholders, and monitoring program impact.
- The Senior Program Director will also be responsible for leading a team of program managers and coordinators.
Qualifications
- MSc / MBA / MPH or other relevant Advanced Degree or equivalent experience in Public Health, Global Health, International Relations, or related field
- Program management, strategic planning, and budgeting skills
- Leadership and team management skills
- Experience in developing and implementing program strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Collaboration and partnership-building skills with local organizations, governments and communities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in a non-profit organization, and/or healthcare field is a plus
