Justice , Development and Peace Movement (JDPM) of Catholic Diocese of Oyo is a faith- based, non- profit and non- governmental organization which was established to cater for all people, with emphasis on the poor and the vulnerable irrespective of religion, race, age or gender. JDPM promotes holistic human development and strategic actions against ills of the society towards the realization of a just and egalitarian community through animation, conscientization, awareness, training, advocacy, supports, mobilization and networking. Job Summary

  • The Catholic Agricultural Development Initiative (CADI Farm) needs an experienced export Marketing Manager to coordinate its export initiative on the farm.

Job Description

  • As a Business Manager, you would play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to promote and sell our Agricultural products and other exportable products will may come up with internationally.
  • Primary responsibility will be to analyze market trends and identify potential overseas markets to maximize the company’s export sales and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • To sustain and grow the business of the Company’s Product offerings in specified Regional Markets in terms of volume and profitability.
  • Capitalize on growth opportunities through new product streams.
  • Maintain the right balance between conventional and speciality product sales.
  • Focus on key account and channel management by building strong relations with key stakeholders.
  • Maintain a constant awareness of the competitive landscape in the designated territory, opportunities for expanding the customer base and new industry developments.
  • Compliance and Regulations: Stay updated with international trade regulations, tariffs, and export laws, ensuring all export activities comply with legal requirements and industry standards.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

  • B.Sc. / B. Tech /, Master’s Degree / Diploma in Business Management or International Marketing would be an advantage.
  • 6-9 years of relevant experience in Sales & Product Marketing of organizations especially agricultural products.
  • Exposure to B2B Sales with a specific focus on the Asian and European markets is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of international markets, export regulations, and trade practices.
  • Exceptional analytical and research skills to identify market opportunities and trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to work independently, collaborate within a team, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to travel internationally, as required, to attend trade shows, meetings, or clients? visits.
