Locations: Calabar South, Calabar Municipal, Bakasi, Akpabuyo, Odukpani, Akampa and Biase
Reports to: Program coordinator

Experience: 2years
Qualification and skill
- Minimum of SSCE
- Must be able to conduct advocacy, sensitization of key stakeholders and community dialogue
- Must be able to carry out Demand Creation
- Must be able to administer eligibility checklist for pregnant women (to clarify ANC/PMTCT status
- Carry out Pre and post-test counselling for pregnant and breastfeeding women
- Supervise and mentor HIV/Syphilis/hepatitis and TB screening at TBA/Birth home/faith-based homes
- Link (accompanied referral) all identified HIV/Syphilis/Hepatitis B positive pregnant and breastfeeding women for care and treatment Must have a working Android phone.
- Must be able to read, write and speak fluently in both English and the local language.
- Record keeping and report-writing skills.
- Community Mobilization skill
- Ability to identify and refer pregnant women for ANC services Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Commitment to PCDF core values.
- Flexible to the needs of the organization and the challenges often faced when working in the LGAs
