Role overview:
- As a Research Documentation Officer, you will be responsible for managing and organizing all internal documents within our organization.
- Your primary focus will be on ensuring that documents are accurately cataloged, easily accessible, and appropriately archived for future reference.
- You will collaborate closely with various teams to streamline document management processes and enhance overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize research documents, ensuring they are accurately labeled, stored, and easily retrievable.
- Develop and maintain documentation guidelines and standards to ensure consistency and quality across all documents.
- Implement document management systems and tools to streamline document storage and retrieval processes.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with document management policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in research documentation and implement improvements accordingly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Information Management, or a related discipline).
- 10 years of experience in research documentation or a similar role.
- Ability to gather and analyze information effectively to accurately document organization programs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in document management systems and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
