Christian Aid Nigeria is implementing STAR FUND ALERT 963 a humanitarian response project targeting communities affected by violent conflict in Guma Local Government Area of Benue State.
We hereby soliciting quotations from interested vendors with proven track records for the Procurement of dignity kits, find the detailed information below:

- Proof of Tax Identification Number (TIN)/VAT certificate and recent copy Current tax clearance certificate for 2023. (Compulsory)
- Evidence of past experiences to reputable organizations/clients preferably International Non-governmental Organisations to whom the same type of supplies and/or installation was provided (Copies of letters of award & successful completion certificates and supporting reference letters should be attached) (Compulsory)
- Evidence of bank account in the name of the company/business entity.
- Evidence of registration with any related governmental or regulatory institution e.g. registration certificate with SCUML

1. Estimated delivery date by Supplier
2. Delivery costs if any (Delivery locations are Biu (Borno State) and Michika (Adamawa State).
3. Terms of Payment (After delivery or otherwise)
4. Quote validity period
5. Pictorial evidence of the quoted items showing the description of the items and brands.
