CRM/Accountability Officer

Job Summary
The CRM/Accountability Officer will manage community feedback, complaints, and accountability systems, ensuring that beneficiaries’ concerns are addressed and integrated into programmatic decisions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and implement community feedback and complaints mechanisms (CFM/CRM)
- Receive, document, and track complaints and feedback from beneficiaries
- Analyze feedback to inform program improvements and decision-making
- Train staff and community volunteers on accountability and feedback procedures
- Produce regular reports on feedback trends and follow-up actions
- Ensure transparency and responsiveness to beneficiaries in line with safeguarding policies
- Support integration of accountability mechanisms in project monitoring and reporting
Required Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications
- Experience in CRM, accountability, or protection programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of safeguarding, protection, and feedback mechanisms
- Proficiency in data management and reporting tools
- Ability to analyze and present information clearly
