Qualification: BA/BSc in Social Sciences, Public Administration, or related field
Experience: 3–5 years

Job Summary

The CRM/Accountability Officer will manage community feedback, complaints, and accountability systems, ensuring that beneficiaries’ concerns are addressed and integrated into programmatic decisions.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design and implement community feedback and complaints mechanisms (CFM/CRM)
  • Receive, document, and track complaints and feedback from beneficiaries
  • Analyze feedback to inform program improvements and decision-making
  • Train staff and community volunteers on accountability and feedback procedures
  • Produce regular reports on feedback trends and follow-up actions
  • Ensure transparency and responsiveness to beneficiaries in line with safeguarding policies
  • Support integration of accountability mechanisms in project monitoring and reporting

Required Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications

  • Experience in CRM, accountability, or protection programs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of safeguarding, protection, and feedback mechanisms
  • Proficiency in data management and reporting tools
  • Ability to analyze and present information clearly
