Job description details:
Job objective:
Obtaining real-time information about the project, documenting its activities, checking its progress and any problems or emergencies, in addition to conducting surveys and polls to gather the opinions of beneficiaries and project staff.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
· Submitting periodic reports on the project’s progress through periodic visits in accordance with the established monitoring plan.
· Cooperate with the implementing team during monitoring without providing any comments or directions.
· Entering data into approved data entry platforms according to the type and nature of the project.
· Verify data received from the field and prepare reports based on this information.
· Monitor project activities on a daily basis and provide the line manager and department management with a report at the end of the day.
· Providing feedback or an opinion on the suitability of working documents to the nature of the project being monitored and the difficulty or ease of obtaining information during field visits.
· Perform other project-related tasks as requested by the department management.
Required academic qualification:
university degree
Required technical qualifications:
· Highly skilled in dealing with Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, etc.)
· Ability to complete surveys on the KOBO toolbox application.
· Ability to use social media
· Good level of oral and written expression in Arabic, and preferably English.
