Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of the Foundation’s projects and initiatives. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered effectively, align with our mission, and create measurable impact within the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement the Foundation’s projects and initiatives.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and activity schedules.
  • Ensure projects align with relevant Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
  • Coordinate volunteers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Manage logistics and coordination for community projects and events.
  • Track project progress and prepare reports on activities and impact.
  • Monitor program outcomes and ensure project goals are achieved.
  • Maintain proper documentation and project records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Project Management, Development Studies, or a related field.
  • Previous experience managing projects or programs (NGO experience is an advantage).
  • Familiarity with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Passion for social impact, community development, and women’s empowerment.
