Purpose of the call for tender 

The purpose of this tender is to solicit for competitive biding for the procurement of MHPSS support pack (Dignity Kits).

Compliance 

Vendors to be considered will be those that comply with all government and donor regulations as GHIV Africa will only engage with Vendors who meet the regulation such as tax clearance of the previous year, Vendors who not involved in Fraud and Terrorism etc.

1. Other selection Criteria.
2. All tender documents must be filled, signed and stamped.
3. Quotation must be on Company letter head.
4. All Bids must be submitted to GHIV Africa office located at Beside Armani Event Center, Argungu Street, Damboa Road, Maiduguri, Borno. not later than 09.10.2026 12:00 PM.
5. All bids must be sealed in an envelope with instruction not to be opened on or before 12.10.2026. Soft copy documents are not allowed.
6. All unsealed and late bid will automatically be disqualified
7. A means of identification (ID such as NIN, driver licence etc) of any member of the company
8. Bids will be evaluated on the following criteria but not limited to price, quality and delivery time.
9. Company must show evidence of previous experience in delivering such work.
10. Companies in Borno and Yobe are strongly advised to apply.
