Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role irrespective of your location for a Volunteer.
- The Volunteer will be responsible for assisting in the coordination and implementation of Nutritional and educational programs, providing support to health, education initiatives, and assisting with vocational training sessions.
- Day-to-day tasks include community outreach, collecting and organizing data, supporting program development, and engaging with beneficiaries to ensure their needs are met. and will be available when the organization carries out major programs that involve larger number of people.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in educational program coordination and execution
- Knowledge in health education and advocacy
- Skills in vocational training and capacity building
- Excellent organizational and data management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team on-site
- Experience in working with marginalized communities preferred
- we are community base NGO, NO Necessary requirements for those in the rural areas, but for those willing and residing in urban and semi urban settlement should have Bachelor’s degree, HND or Diploma etc in Education, Social Work, Public Health, or a related field
