Prequalification of Consultancy Services Across All Save the Children Nigeria Locations
Save the Children Nigeria invites qualified and experienced consultants and consultancy firms to express their interest in being prequalified to provide consultancy services across our operational locations in Nigeria.
Scope of Prequalification
We are seeking consultants with expertise in the following categories:
Programmatic Consultancy Services (Select one or more from below)
- Baseline and Other Research Studies
- Capacity Building/Training
- Best Practice Documentation & Mid-Term Evaluations
- Final Evaluations
- Program Assessments
Non-Programmatic Consultancy Services (Select one or more from below)
- Business Process Outsourcing
- Management & Strategic Consultancy
- Technology Specialists
Applicants may express interest in one or more categories.
Purpose and Outcomes
The outcomes of this exercise are intended to serve as a reference for consultancy services for at least the next three years. Interim reviews will be conducted to accommodate any changes in market conditions.
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to bid through the Ariba network, where the tender pack will be shared.
Submission Requirements
Interested applicants must:
- Clearly specify the category or categories of interest.
- Provide a comprehensive company or individual profile, including relevant qualifications, expertise, and experience.
- Submit the following mandatory information:
- Supplier Legal Entity Name
- Supplier Address
- Postal Code
- Supplier Contact First Name(s)
- Supplier Contact Family Name/Surname
- Categories of interest
- Include supporting documentation such as:
- Evidence of previous work in the selected categories
- References from past clients (preferably NGOs or similar organizations)
- Business registration documents
- Tax clearance certificates (if applicable)
