Duration: 6Months (Renewable based on performance and funding availability)

Position Summary:
The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a robust monitoring and evaluation system to track project progress and ensure quality reporting. The incumbent will support data collection, analysis, reporting, and learning processes across project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project-specific M&E plans, tools, and indicators.
- Support routine data collection and ensure data quality and accuracy.
- Conduct field monitoring visits to assess project performance.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual progress reports.
- Build the capacity of field staff on data collection and reporting.
- Collaborate with program teams to document lessons learned and success stories.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Public Health, Development Studies, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in M&E roles within NGO or humanitarian settings.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Kobo, or DHIS2).
- Excellent reporting and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
