Responsbilties
- Draft, format, and review legal documents including contracts, MoUs, policy documents, and internal regulations.
- Maintain and update the institute’s legal files, case records, and correspondence.
- Support legal officers in contract management and ensure timely renewal of agreements.
- Organize and schedule meetings, legal consultations, and documentation signings.
- File and track regulatory documents with government agencies, accreditation bodies, or legal institutions.
- Assist with compliance monitoring and ensure adherence to statutory and institutional requirements.
- Serve as the point of contact between the legal unit and other departments, staff, and external legal counsel.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with the preparation of legal reports and minutes from legal meetings or disciplinary panels.
Requirements
- Must be a fresh graduate who has completed the NYSC program.
- Must have been called to the Nigerian Bar.
