Introduction
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Nigeria invites you to submit a bid for ITB UNDP-NGA-00743: Supply and Installation of Creative Arts & Videography Equipment for UNIPOD Project. This project involves the supply and installation of equipment at five (5) universities in Nigeria, listed as follows:
- Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike
- Benue State University
- University of Maiduguri
- University of Uyo
- Ahmadu Bello University

Currency: NGN (Local Suppliers) / USD (International Suppliers)
Type of Solicitation: Open International
Incoterms: DAP (Supplier is responsible for transportation, delivery, and installation of goods to each location)
How to Submit a Bid
- Supplier Portal System: This tender is managed via the new UNDP Quantum supplier portal system.
- Existing Suppliers: Login to the Supplier Portal, search for the negotiation using reference number UNDP-NGA-00752, and follow the instructions in the user guide.
- New Suppliers: Register a profile by following the link for Supplier Registration provided in the procurement notice. If you need to register, use this link: Supplier Registration.
- Draft Response: Indicate your intention to submit a bid by creating a draft response in the system. This will allow you to receive notifications about any amendments to the tender requirements.
- Submission: Submit your offers directly through the Quantum Portal. Do not send proposals to any email addresses as they will be disqualified. Access the portal here: UNDP Quantum Portal.
- Forgotten Credentials: If you have forgotten your password or username, use the “Forgot Password” feature to recover your login details. Do not create a new profile if you already have one.

- Inquiries and Clarifications: Send all inquiries and requests for clarification related to the Terms of Reference, Specifications, or other bidding documents using the messaging functionality in the Quantum portal.
- Language: Documents should be submitted in English.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Thursday, August 1, 2024, at 11:00 AM (Nigerian time) via Zoom.
