ABOUT THE JOB:

The company is expected to build/provide us with a HR solution/software/application designed to streamline, improve, and automate our Human Resource Management. The company is expected provide us with a solution that can manage personnel information and lifecycle, enhance reporting and analytics, manage specific repetitive HR tasks with a user-friendly interface.

Strategic HR Software Features:

The software should be able to perform the following key HR functions, and there should be an option to add or remove a feature(s):

  • Personnel Management/Administration (Database)
  • Benefits Management/Administration
  • Payroll
  • Time & Attendance tracking/Administration
  • Leave Management
  • Performance Management
  • Employee Engagement (including notice management)
  • Activity Log Management

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

The scope of work includes:

  • Provide a licenced HR Software with strategic features
  • Ensure the Installation of HR Software
  • Train Key staff on software
  • Compile and present a detailed report at the end of the project

Qualification & Skills:

The company should have onboard, in addition to a software programming expert, a certified HR Professional with at least 5 years progressive experience in human resources management

Duration:

The work should be completed not more than 3 (three) months after the signing of the contract.

  • Experience of performing similar kind of tasks with portfolio.
  • Cost of licence, developing/installing the software
  • Cost of yearly maintenance
