ABOUT THE JOB:
The company is expected to build/provide us with a HR solution/software/application designed to streamline, improve, and automate our Human Resource Management. The company is expected provide us with a solution that can manage personnel information and lifecycle, enhance reporting and analytics, manage specific repetitive HR tasks with a user-friendly interface.
Strategic HR Software Features:
The software should be able to perform the following key HR functions, and there should be an option to add or remove a feature(s):
- Personnel Management/Administration (Database)
- Benefits Management/Administration
- Payroll
- Time & Attendance tracking/Administration
- Leave Management
- Performance Management
- Employee Engagement (including notice management)
- Activity Log Management
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
The scope of work includes:
- Provide a licenced HR Software with strategic features
- Ensure the Installation of HR Software
- Train Key staff on software
- Compile and present a detailed report at the end of the project
Qualification & Skills:
The company should have onboard, in addition to a software programming expert, a certified HR Professional with at least 5 years progressive experience in human resources management
Duration:
The work should be completed not more than 3 (three) months after the signing of the contract.
