Vision for Inclusive Solutions and Transparency Initiative (VISTA Initiative) is a youth-led humanitarian and development organization dedicated to promoting inclusion, accountability, education, protection, youth empowerment, and sustainable community development. As part of our commitment to building the capacity of young professionals, VISTA Initiative invites applications from qualified and motivated candidates for internship opportunities in Maiduguri, Borno State.
Role Summary:
The HR and Administration Intern will support human resource and administrative functions to ensure efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Support personnel record management.
- Maintain administrative filing systems and documentation.
- Assist in organizing meetings and office activities.
- Support day-to-day administrative operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Previous internship, volunteer, or work experience is an added advantage
