PRE-QUALIFICATION OF PROVIDERS OF SECURITY GUARD SERVICES

Hope and Rural Aid Foundation (HARAF) is a non-profit, non-political and non-governmental organization, a national NGO who has been working in the North-East, Nigeria, responding to both humanitarian and developmental activities since 2011 but was officially registered as an organization with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of the Federal Government of Nigeria in the year 2016. With the registration number, RN: CAC/IT/85536.

HARAF has operational presence in Adamawa (all 21 LGAs), Borno, Yobe and Calabar with functional offices. HARAF thematic areas are CCCM/Shelter/NFIs, Food Security & Livelihood, Education and Protection (GBV, child protection, general protection)

Presently, we are launching a ‘Call for Expression of Interest’ to source for a security firm that will provide security guard services to Hope and Rural Aid Foundation (HARAF) Head Office in Yola, Adamawa State on a 24/7 basis. 

The security firm is to provide guarding of the premises, screening and escort of all persons, deliveries and vehicles arriving at these premises.  The security concept is intended to prevent persons entering the head office and bringing in prohibited items, such as firearms, explosives, or other weapons which may endanger staff, stakeholders and visitors. The service provider shall be responsible for providing all equipment, materials and personnel for the execution of the services,

• Detailed Company profile with registered address, functional email & telephone number.
• Certificate of incorporation of business including active CAC.
• Summary of experience and past/current clients
• Evidence of valid and current license to provide security services.
• Staffing policies: Provide overview of training provided to both armed and unarmed personnel and statement of compliance with all National Labour Law and Regulations
• Coy of active Tax Identification Number (Tin)
• Copy of Tax registration certificate
• Dully completed questionnaires form (stamped). (Annexed)
